Following accusations of sexual misconduct levied against the comic, Schur took to Twitter to express his anguish.
"I don't remember when I heard the rumours about him. But I'm sure it was before the last time he was on 'Parks and Recreations' and that sucks. And I'm sorry," Schur tweeted.
C K appeared in six episodes of the show as Dave Sanderson, a Pawnee police officer and a love interest of Amy Poehler's Leslie Knope.
In a New York Times expose, three women accused C K of self pleasuring in front of them without their consent, one alleged that he asked to do the same in front of her, and one said he did it during a phone call.
The comedian is yet to respond to the allegations.
The premiere of his new film "I Love You, Daddy," about a TV writer-producer whose daughter falls for a much older man, was cancelled and the film's distributor is reevaluating the comedy's release.
