Militants plant bombs in Manipur

One powerful bomb was planted by militants at Usoipokpi area in Thoubal district and another bomb was found at Wakha area in Imphal East district, the sources said.

The bombs were defused by the police bomb disposal squad personnel before they exploded, sources added.
