The MTV star and one-time drummer for Honor Society and the Jonas Brothers got hitched in California's Palm Springs, reported People magazine.
Tarlov says, she was "nervous about everything," but she was also "most excited to throw a party for everyone we love: past, present and celebrate our future!"
They had got engaged in June 2015 and Tarlov had announced their betrothal on social media by posting their picture together.
The newly-married couple took to the dance floor for their first dance as man and wife to the Zombies song 'This Will Be Our Year'.
