"Digvijay should talk about issues related to power and ideological matters. He should stop interfering in opposition leaders' personal lives. By commenting on Modi he has damaged his reputation," Urban Administration and Development Minister Kailash Vijaywargiya told reporters.
In a recent tweet, Digvijay had stated, "Modi accepts his marital status. Can women of this country trust a man who stalks a woman, deprives his wife of her right?"
"Under the federal structure, every state government gets assistance from the Centre and from states also, a large amount of central taxes are collected. Therefore, by helping the states, the Centre is not doing any obligation. In any case, we are using government of India's money and not that of the Italian government," he said.
