The top PSUs participating in the tournament are Air India, Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, ONGC, Food Corporation of India, Central Warehousing, BSNL, Reserve Bank of India, State Bank of Travancore and State Bank of Hyderabad who will play in the elite cup group.
Hosts RCF will play in plate group, along with Coal India, HUDCO, Hindustan Petroleum, Neyveli Lignite, New India Assurance and Oriental Insurance.
The inaugural match would be played between IOC and State Bank of Hyderabad.
RCF last hosted the event 25 years back when they defeated Indian Oil to clinch the trophy.
