"There is no threat to my government even after the Lok Sabha elections. I am confident that my government will complete its full term as maximum MLAs want a popular government," Soren said.
Replying to a query on how he would prove majority in case there was a floor test following the resignation of three ruling MLAs and Rural Development Minister Simon Marandi's reported dissent, he said the results of the Lok Sabha elections would not have any impact on his government.
"Where is the threat when MLAs of all the parties are in favour of completion of the Assembly term," Soren said, adding the Assembly term ends in November/December.
After Soren dropped Chandrasekhar Dubey from his cabinet in February, the latter quit Congress as well as Assembly membership and joined Trinamool Congress.
The same month Bandhu Tirkey and Chamra Linda quit the membership of the House and joined Trinamool Congress and merged their respective regional parties.
JMM MLAs Hemlal Murmu and Bidyut Baran Mahato also quit their House memberships to join the BJP and were promptly nominated by the party from Raj Mahal and Jamshedpur seats in the ensuing LS polls.
Commenting on senior leader Hemlal Murmu quitting the JMM on the eve of Lok Sabha elections and joining BJP, the Chief Minister said it was a normal process which every party had faced.
"In fact, the development (Murmu joining BJP) had exposed the weakness of the BJP," Soren added.
On whether the JMM/Congress/RJD alliance would be extended to the Assembly elections, Soren said, "Now we are contesting the LS elections in alliance. Decisions in politics are taken at the right time and when the right time comes, a decision would be taken.
