"NBPPL and APGenco have entered into Memorandum of Understanding for supply of spare parts of Coal Handling Plant, Ash Handling Plant and other balance of plant required for APGenco Thermal Power Plants. They have already entered into MOUs for supply of spare parts required for NTPC Power Plants," an official release said here today.
The NBPPL, a joint venture of NTPC and BHEL, has set up a plant for manufacturing spare parts required for thermal power plants at Mannavaram village in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.
