NCP's Suresh Dhas files nomination for Lok Sabha election

Minister of State (Revenue) Suresh Dhas filed his nomination papers on Thursday for the April 17 Lok Sabha polls in Beed district.
On March 3, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) had declared that Dhas would contest the Beed parliamentary constituency against senior BJP leader Gopinath Munde in the Lok Sabha elections.
On Thursday, Dhas reached the collector's office to file his nomination papers.
MP Rajani Patil, district guardian minister Jaidutt Kshirsagar, MLC Dhananjay Munde, MLC Amarsingh Pandit, MLA Prakash Solanke and other NCP MLAs as well as leaders were present on the occasion.
