Sinha also said BJP will organise 60 rallies of party national President Amit Shah and six rallies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the state before the 2016 Assembly polls.
"I had written to NCW informing them about the atrocities on women. The NCW team will be visiting Parui area of Birbhum district and will talk to the victim," Sinha said.
BJP on Monday had demanded West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's statement on the alleged torture of the woman, Haitunneshwa Bibi, and also demanded her resignation as the Home minister.
She is stated to be the relative of BJP activist, Mithun Seikh, who is wanted by the police in connection with a recent bomb attack on a TMC member at a local bus stand.
Seikh Sabur, her husband, in his complaint said the police had taken her from her parents' house at Kalmadanga village on Saturday night after failing to trace Mithun.
