NDFB cadre apprehended

The cadre, who was earlier injured in a firing with security personnel, had taken shelter in Lalung village, police said.

Acting on a tip-off, the police launched a search operation in the area and nabbed the cadre.

The cadre was identified and he was later taken to Guwahati Medical College Hospital for treatment, the police added.
