NHRM scam: Kushwaha submits Rs 1.27 crore to CBI court

Former Uttar Pradesh Minister for Health and Family Planning Babu Singh Kushwaha, who is an accused in the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) scam, today submitted Rs 1.27 crore to the CBI court as per court directions.
Kushwaha, at the time of his bail was instructed by the court to submit an amount of Rs 50 lakh each in four cases.
He had previously submitted in parts some money of the aforesaid amount and sought time till today from the court to submit the balance.
The money was submitted through Kushwaha's counsel.
