Night train suspended in DHH district

Suspected Naga militants sprayed bullets at the train at a place between Bagetar and Lower Haflong stations triggering fresh fears of militancy in the once-troubled district in central Assam.

However there was no casualty, but the firing partially damaged the engine of the train, the sources said.
