The company's standalone net profit in the year-ago period was Rs 494.43 crore, NLC said in a regulatory filing.
The total income from operations declined to Rs 1,682.09 crore from Rs 1,709.89 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY 2014, it said.
The consolidated net profit for the full fiscal ended March 31. 205 increased to Rs 1,579.68 crore, as against Rs 1,501.88 crore in the year-ended March 31, 2014.
The total income from operations for the year-ended March 31, 2015 increased to Rs 6,087.68 crore, over Rs 5,967.23 crore in the year-ended March 31, 2014.
The company further said the board of directors have recommended final dividend of Rs 1.80 per share for the year-ended March 31, 2015 subject to the approval of shareholders.
