Both the projects will hit the screens on September 9.
"It's not a clash. If you (media) want to make it a clash then make it a clash. We hope Katrina and Sidharth's film also does well. We want both these films to do well," Salman said.
"It's a good day (September 9) to release the film. It's not a 4,000-5,000 screen release film. Both are different kind of movies. I am sure audience will see both," he said.
Sohail also feels there is enough space for two films.
"There is so much crowd and traffic today (referring to film releases on Friday). Every Friday there is some release. But we are banking on the title "Freaky Ali" and it comes on September 9, it is Bakra Eid and it's a long weekend. We planned to release it that way. There is enough space for two films," he said.
The director said both the projects are of different genre and will have their own audience.
