The festival, which began on October 1, concluded last night and went off peacefully in the state.
State's Chief Secretary J N Singh told PTI today that the Navratri fervour had gripped the entire state and the government provided adequate security in wake of the Uri terror attack.
"No untoward incident was reported in Gujarat during the festival," he said.
During the festival, Union Power Minister Piyush Goyal and Chief Minister Vijay Rupani along with delegates from several countries viisted the 'Garba' events organised at two different venues here.
