charges of rape and threatening a woman.
The accused claims to be a journalist working for some radio channels in Canada, police said.
He was arrested following registration of a case against him under Sections 376 (rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC on the complaint of a woman.
Senior Superintendent of Police Gurmeet Chauhan refused to divulge further details saying that investigations were going on.
