Officials: Baghdad car bomb kills 13

Iraqi officials say a car bomb near pet and vegetable markets has killed 13 people and wounded another 25 in the capital Baghdad.
Several cars were damaged in the attack today. Medical officials confirmed the casualty figures.
All officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorised to speak with reporters.
