Haryana Congress Legislature Party leader Kiran Choudhary raised strong objections in the House, saying her question which had been listed today to be taken up during the Question Hour was not taken up.
Choudhary had sought to know from the panchayat minister whether there was a lack of basic amenities for animals in the Nandishala Foundation Centres, whether employees posted in these centres were not performing their duties properly due to which many cows had died and if so, what action was taken by the government.
Gangwa had sought to know whether recruitment of employees had been outsourced, and if so, whether the government was providing proper reservation to SC, BC and ex-servicemen.
When the Speaker told Congress' Kiran Choudhary, that details of her query were being collected from the department concerned, the Congress leader asked, "How was my question printed and put on the list of questions today?"
Following this, Choudhary said the government was ill-prepared.
The INLD's Abhay Singh Chautala also lent support to Choudhary on this.
Agriculture and Panchayat Department Minister O P Dhankar said the question raised by Choudhary did not pertain to the Animal Husbandary Department.
He, however, said the Nandishalas were opened by local administration and the people, and collection of the data pertaining to the question raised by the Congress MLA was a mammoth task and would take time.
