4,207 cases have been reported till today with North Delhi itself registering over 1,800 cases, a report released by the MCD said.
4,074 cases were reported till October 21.
Neeraj Singh from Paschim Vihar in Rohini Zone, where maximum of 816 cases have been reported till date, died on September 21, the latest victim of the disease.
With this, the official death toll now stands at six while six other persons have been put under suspected dengue death category by the municipal bodies.
While figures for various corporations are North (1,814) South (1,248) and East (986), 86 cases were reported from regions in Delhi outside the jurisdiction of MCD and 30 cases in other category.
A total of 43 cases have been reported from other states.
While cases in Rohini Zone show no decline, both Shah (North) and Shah (South) Zones saw close to 500 cases. Najafgarh posted 345 cases, Civil Lines 328, Narela 297 and Karol Bagh 308 cases.
North Delhi Municipal Corporation Public Relations Officer Yogendra Singh Mann said "if conditions remain conducive for larval growth in winter, cases will further climb in November".
