He was responding to a question by reporters about Pakistan Defence Minister Khawaja Asif's allegation that India was sponsoring terrorism.
"The Pakistan Minister's comment was something which not even worth mentioning," he said.
However, Singh did not elaborate much when his reaction was sought on Pakistan's move to approach International Court of Justice if India suspends Indus Waters Treaty. "Let the things come to a particular level. Then only we can comment. Now we are talking in air. We will cross the bridges when we come to it," he said.
On a question why India did not react fiercely against Pakistan in the wake of Uri attack, Singh said the country's reaction should be logical and not emotional. "India has to look at every options. Everything is open. But India should not be very emotional but logical. Everything should be done in a cool and calculated manner," he said. Pakistan had no local stand on Kashmir, he said adding that it would be better Pakistan introspect on what they are doing. Dismissing Congress's charge that External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj's speech at UNGA was disappointing, he said "Congress will criticise everything what BJP does...What is new in it. I really don't know what the Congress expected. Did they want her to take out a sword there?".
