Justice Ranjana Prakash passed the order quashing the anticipatory bail petition of Singh, his elder brother Dinanath Singh and nephew Sudhir Kumar Singh.
The petitioners had challenged a lower court order in Saran district on October 23 last year by which it had issued arrest warrant against them in the murder case of Munna Singh, security guard of a local JD(U) leader Kameshwar Singh.
Singh was shot dead by armed assailants on December 17, 2011 following an altercation at the panchayat representatives' meeting at Mashrakh block at behest of the three who were later named in FIR in the murder case.
