Actress Paula Patton is open to giving her singer husband Robin Thicke another chance to fix their marriage.
The couple split last month, but the 'Baggage Claim' actress is said to be reconsidering her plans for a divorce to repair the pair's damaged romance, reported TMZ online.
The estranged couple - who have been married for eight years and have a three-year-old son, Julian, together - have been talking "constantly" and are now discussing what Thicke needs to do to convince Patton they can make their marriage work.
The 38-year-old actress is said to be particularly impressed with how much of a good father Thicke, 36, has continued to be since they separated, keeping in touch while on the road and seeing their little boy whenever he can.
Patton hasn't yet hired a divorce lawyer and has no plans to do so.
However, though their conversations have been "smooth and cordial", she has been less than impressed by Thicke's public declarations of love for her.
Though the couple insisted their split was mutual when they announced their separation, it has subsequently been reported that Patton told her spouse she wanted a divorce and Thicke did everything he could to get her to change her mind.
