Pentavalent vaccine immunisation programme in AP from January

Krishna District health officer Dr R Nagamalleswari today said that pentavalent vaccination program would be undertaken across Andhra Pradesh in the first week of January.
She launched a training programme in this regard for the field staff here today.
The vaccine is aimed at preventing diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, hepatitis B and Hemophilus influenza type B (Hib) among the children.
