Petrol bombs hurled at SSI's house, none injured

Two petrol bombs were hurled at the house of a Special Sub Inspector at a colony near Mannargudi in the district, but none were injured,police said.
SSI Sadhasivam said in his complaint to police that the door of his house was damaged in the incident which occurred late last night when he was asleep.
He said he suspected some criminals could have hurled the bombs.
Top police officials visited the spot for an investigation.
