"We will combine the energy of youth and the experience of senior leaders, and present a strong force in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and will deliver encouraging results," Pilot said at a press conference at the PCC headquarters here.
The Congress leader said all possible efforts would be made to associate youths and new voters with the party.
He said he will spend more time in Rajasthan for the Lok Sabha elections and if the party high command asked, he will quit his ministerial position.
Attacking Vasundhara Raje government in the state, Pilot raised questions over the proposal to introduce a two-month special action plan saying it was election-oriented.
"Every government undertakes special action plan. But the duration of two-month is uncommon. Why is Rajasthan government's roadmap for two months...Till LS elections only?" he asked, and cautioned the people to understand such poll tactics.
Pilot also attacked the Raje government for reducing the fine for cutting of trees, and alleged that this showed how the government has started working in the interest of mafia.
On Aam Admi Party (AAP), Pilot said the party will not have any impact in the state in the Lok Sabha elections because its movement was Delhi-centric.
"The party (AAP) came into existence after an agitation. Their movement has been Delhi-centric. I do not think they will have any impact out of Dehi in Lok Sabha elections," he said.
