Addressing a farmers' programme here, Singh said Modi had visited 18 countries in the last one year, and claimed that he would go on similar number of trips in the next year and accused Modi of behaving like "a rockstar with a mike in his hand" indulging in self-praise on international platforms.
Singh said Modi has forgotten promises made in his party's election manifesto on various issues.
On bringing back black money, he said BJP president Amit Shah had stated that it was "just a 'jhumla (empty promise)'".
In a jibe, he said God was angered by farmers voting for Modi at the Centre and Mulayam Singh Yadav's SP in Uttar Pradesh, and had sent unseasonal rains and hailstorm.
On joining Janata Pariwar, he said leaders of these parties lack trust between themselves.
Supporting the demand for reservation to Gurjars, he alleged that BJP was not willing that Jats should get quota.
