The PM will inaugurate the session at the United Nations Conference on Biodiversity, which began last week, at Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) during his one-day visit.
Director General of Police V Dinesh Reddy and other senior officers reviewed the security arrangements and inspected the venues, where Singh will visit.
They took stock of security measures at Begumpet Airport, HICC and Cyberabad Police Commissionerate. The arrangements are being monitored by the SPG, a senior police officer said.
After his arrival in the afternoon, Prime Minister will head to HICC for the conference. He will also unveil a pylon at Gachibowli and lay the foundation stone for a biodiversity park and museum before leaving for Delhi.
Police have announced traffic restrictions from Begumpet to Gachibowli during the PM's visit.
