The municipal corporations where polling is underway are Ambala, Panchkula, Karnal, Panipat, Hisar, Rohtak and Yamunanagar.
Official sources said that nearly 30 per cent polling had been recorded by noon.

Besides the seven MCs, the polling is also being held in two municipal committees of Farukh Nagar (Gurgaon) and Kalanaur (Rohtak).
