Pondy announces 7-day state mourning
The Puducherry government has declared a seven-day state mourning as a mark of respect to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee who died today.
The government also declared that tomorrow will be a holiday.
A release from the Chief Minister's office said the Tricolour will fly half mast atop government buildings and all government functions stood cancelled.
