Powercom storeroom gutted in Jalandhar

A Powercom storeroom on the Pathankot by-pass was gutted in a major fire today, fire brigade officials said.
No casualty was reported but oil drums, transfer and electricity wires were destroyed in the fire, said an official.
It took the fire brigade personnel around three hours to bring the flames under control, he said, adding that the store was gutted in the fire.
The cause of the fire was being ascertained, he said.
