In a probe by Rajasthan University initiated on the instruction of Governor Kalyan Singh, Principal Arvind Kumar, Vice-Principal PC Jain and lecturer Omendra Singh of Dausa Government College were charged with negligence that facilitated mass copying and were suspended this week, it stated.
The Governor had apprised state Higher Education Minister Kalicharan Saraf about the probe report following which the decision to suspend them was taken, the release said.
Singh said that no irregularity or misconduct in examination would be tolerated in higher education, a Raj Bhawan statement said here.
Education was always linked with the future of state, country and society, the Governor said.
