Promises of 'ache din' made by PM have been exposed: Akhilesh Yadav

The UP Chief Minister said Modi govt has done nothing on the promises made by them during Lok Sabha polls even after two years

Taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today said hollow promises of 'ache din' have been exposed since nothing has been done on those promises even after two years.

"A party promised 'ache din' and even after two years nothing has been done on those promises made during Lok Sabha polls," he said while addressing a centeranry function of Adarsh Krishna Degree College at Sikhohabad.

The CM said people have understood the reality behind these hollow promises and promise of 'aache din' have been exposed before them.

Highlighting works done by his government, he said work on Agra-Lucknow expressway has been completed in two years. The government is also working to provide 24-hour electricity in prominent towns from October.

The police has been provided with hi-tech facilities so as to improve the law and order situation in the state.

SP national general secretary Ram Gopal Yadav, who was present during the occasion said the Akhilesh Yadav government has done a lot of development work in the state.
