The communique issued by Directorate, Governance Reforms, Punjab to all Financial Commissioners, Principal Secretaries, Administrative Secretaries, has asked them to issue detailed directions in this regard, an official spokesman said here today.
The decision has been taken in compliance with the Supreme Court directions of 2014, he added.
