R S Kohli alias Rakibul arrested in Delhi

R S Kohli alias Rakilbul Hussain, facing charges of deceit, exploitation and torture lodged by his newly-married wife Tara Shahdeo, was arrested in Delhi tonight.
"A special team arrested Kohli alias Rakilbul Hussain on the borders of Delhi-Ghaziabad. He will be brought to Ranchi by Air India tomorrow," Inspector General of Police Anurag Gupta said here.
He said a laptop and money were seized from him.
In her FIR, his wife, a national shooter, alleged that she was made to keep secret under duress after she learnt about her husband's faith in Islam.
Ranchi Superintendent of Police Anoop Birtharay had on August 26 said that Tara married Kohli alias Rakibul Hussain with her consent on July 7 this year and that Kohli have recently started believing Islam.

Tara, who displayed her shooting medals before the media, further alleged in her FIR that she came to know about her husband's faith only after her marriage and that she was able to text SMS to her family on August 19 when she got an opportunity to text after being taken to Delhi that led to her rescue.
The police have since sealed Kohli's house and seized his cars.
