Khan was named the International Artist of the Decade while his song 'Teri Meri' was named the Best-Selling Download.
Sean was named the British Artist of the Decade and he also scooped the Best Male artist award at Thursday's ceremony, although he was unable to attend the event as he is on tour in Australia, reported Digital Spy.
Indian singer-musician Raghu Dixit was given the Infusion Best Alternative Act award, while rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh's 'International Villager' was named the Best International Album.
UK-based Punjabi music production group RDB also bagged two awards - Best Desi Act and Commitment to the Scene.
Other big winners included rapper M.I.A., who won Best Video for her 'Bad Girls' promo, and singer/actress Preeya Kalidas, who was named Best Female artist.
