Police said that a woman had complained that the accused one Ashok Kumar Gill, working as Health Officer (Malaria) in Northern Railway, met her at Railway quarters here in 2005.
The accused had made a proposal of marriage to the victim to which she agreed as she was a divorcee, they said.
The accused married the victim at Sherpur village here on October 20, 2006. Thereafter, she gave birth to two boys from this marriage, police said.
As per the victim's complaint, the accused used to sexually abuse her, they said.
A case under various sections of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against the accused who is absconding, they said.
