Rains in national capital cause traffic snarls at rush hour

Commuters in several areas of the city had a harrowing time today as rains in the national capital caused water-logging leading to traffic snarls at major traffic junctions.
Long queues of vehicles were seen at Laxmi Nagar, ITO, Kashmere Gate, Munirka, Dwarka and Dhaula Kuan during morning rush hour when people go to offices and children to school.
The rains also brought down the temperature slightly.
