Raj govt transfers one IAS, 136 RAS officers
IAS officer R S Jakhar was transferred from Bharatpur to Karauli as District collector.
Many of the 136 RAS officers are sub-divisional officers who were transferred across the state.
The government has recently transferred several IAS officers in the state.
