Raj HC miffed over slow pace of anti-encroachment drive

The court passed the order while hearing a PIL regarding traffic snarls on the 15 main roads in the city due to rampant encroachments.

Expressing its displeasure over the tardy pace in the removal of encroachments on the main roads, the bench comprising Justice Dinesh Maheshwari and Justice N K Jain extended by five more days the deadline to carry out the order.

The court fixed July 25 as the next date of hearing.
