Rajnath meets UP Governor Ram Naik

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh today had a courtesy meeting with Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik at Raj Bhawan, an official spokesman said.
"During the meeting the Governor told the Home Minister about Justice Vishnu Sahai report of Muzaffarnagar riots," he said.
The Governor said that the report, which was received on September 23, had been sent to Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav for appropriate action the very next day.
Naik also told Singh about various bills sent to the President.
The spokesman said that bills referred by the Governor to the President are forwarded to the Home Ministry.
The ministry further forward the bills to respective ministries for examination.
