Singh and Chief Minister Raghubar Das will lay the foundation stone and inauguration of schemes worth Rs 3185 crore, an official release said today.
Foundation stones will also be laid for 24 roads to cost Rs 1304 crore in the Santhal Parganas region, besides for village roads worth Rs 139 crore, it said.
The road development department will start constructing 481 km roads simultaneously, the release said.
