Former prime minister Manmohan Singh Wednesday expressed concern over the rift between the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Modi government, adding the relationship between the central bank and the Finance Ministry is "very delicate".
Addressing a press conference ahead of the November 28 Madhya Pradesh Assembly polls, the former Union finance minister said the two should work in "coordination and harmony."
