Refined palmolein extends fall on reduced demand

Refined palmolein continued its downtrend to dropped further at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market on stockist selling amidst reduced demand from retailers on the back of bearish Malaysian cues.
While, groundnut oil and linseed oil prices ruled stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial declined further due to lower demand from shippers and soap industries.
In the edible segment, refined palmolein dipped by Rs 9 per 10kg to Rs 491 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 500. However, groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 990 per 10kg.

Moving to non-edible segment, Castorseeds bold eased by Rs 25 per 100kg to Rs 4,240 from Rs 4,265 and castoroil commercial moved-down by Rs 5 per 10kg to Rs 878 as against Rs 883 yesterday.
Linseedoil closed unaltered at Rs 775 per 10kg.
