"The ongoing triple talaq controversy which has been taken up by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and seconded by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh (Yogi Adityanath) is a sign of sympathy to the Muslim womenfolk," the former Union Minister said in a statement.
