Reliance Infrastructure today said it will raise up to Rs 385 crore via issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
"We wish to inform that the committee of directors at its meeting held today...has approved the issuance of secured rated listed redeemable non convertible, privately placed debentures aggregating up to Rs 385 crore," Reliance Infrastructure said in a BSE filing.
Reliance Infrastructure Ltd (RInfra) is an infrastructure firm developing projects through various special purpose vehicles in several sectors such as power, roads and metro rail in the infrastructure space and the defence sector.
RInfra is also a leading utility company having presence across the value chain of power businesses i.e. generation, transmission and distribution.
