Hooda, an MP from Rohtak, told the Home Minister that common people in many districts in Haryana continued to feel unsafe and a "fear psychosis" has gripped them.
"I myself have not been able to visit my constituency ever since the violence erupted. I have urged the Home Minister to ensure that road network is restored immediately," he told reporters after the meeting Home Minister.
Rohtak is one of the worst hit districts in Haryana.
Haryana was on the edge today as fresh incidents of arson and violence shook the state. The Jat agitation has so far claimed 10 lives.
