Actress Rosamund Pike has been cast to voice Lady Penelope in the remake of cult 1960s TV series "Thunderbirds".
The "Gone Girl" star will lend her voice to the posh spy in "Thunderbirds Are Go", which is set to air later this year, reported Deadline.
The 13-episode Amazon series will use a mix of computer-generated imagery (CGI) and live-action models.
It will feature beloved sibling characters Scott, John, Virgil, Gordon and Alan Tracy, as they embark on rescue missions around the world.
"We're thrilled to be collaborating with (producers at) ITV Studios Global Entertainment on a world-renowned property that kids and families today will embrace," Tara Sorensen, Head of Kids Programming at Amazon Studios, said.
"Our customers will enjoy the same action and adventure found on the classic series infused with a contemporary aesthetic and visually stunning world.
