Rs 3 lakh reward for arrest of jewellery store robber

A Mumbai-based jeweller has announced a reward of Rs 3 lakh on information leading to the arrest of his employee hailing from the district who decamped with 2.5 kg of gold from his shop.
The reward was announced by the jeweller, Manikrao, on behalf of Mumbai Police yesterday.
Anyone providing information leading to the arrest of Vishnu Parihar, resident of Thara Navli village in Morena district, will get the reward money, a police official said today.
The theft at Manikrao's shop in Mumbai, Navdurga Enterprises, took place about one-and-a-half month back and Parihar, who worked at the store, has emerged as the prime suspect.

Earlier, a Mumbai Police team visited the village in connection with the probe, he added.
