SAD condemns exclusion of Jat Sikhs from OBC quota list

Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) today condemned the exclusion of Jat Sikhs from Centre's OBC list and demanded its inclusion in the list.
During a core committee meeting of the party here, SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal described Jat Sikhs as country's bread winners who made sacrifices to save the country from hunger, a party spokesman said.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal also urged the Centre to end discrimination on the issue.
