Disick, 31, who has been vocal about his alcohol abuse on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians", spent less than a week at Rythmia Life Advancement Center, a facility in Costa Rica that relies on the controversial use of a hallucinogenic drug for treatment, reported Us magazine.
"Vegas see you this Friday @1OAKLV," the party boy and father of three tweeted.
The trip to Vegas is for a paid appearance but that has not kept Disick from partying in the past. During an episode of "Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons", the self-proclaimed lord hit an all-time low after partying in the Hamptons and had to be hospitalised after drinking and taking pills.
